Trip overview
The Pangsang La Pass Trek is in the Ruby valley Ganesh Himal Region. It is one of the natural and fewer tourist areas of Nepal. Moreover, it is in close vicinity of the Ganesh Himal Mountain range. The maximum altitude on this trek is 4002 m from sea level.
It takes one week to 10 days to trek from Dharkha Phedi. Trekkers take a drive from Kathmandu. Trekking begins from Darkha and passes by several villages. For example, Jarlang, Borang, Chalish, Tipling, Laptung, Pangsang Pass, Somdang, Gatlang, and Syapru are villages on the trail.
During the Ganesh Himal Pangsang La Pass trek, you will see more than 23 snowy peaks. It includes Manaslu, Annapurna range, Ganesh Himal range, Langtang range, Tibet Himalaya as well Dorje Lakpa himal.

Day 01: Arrival
Arrive international airport in Kathmandu and free transport to selected hotel at Thamel, The hotel is centrally located in the Thamel area of Kathmandu which is renowned for its many restaurants, shops, bars, and nightclubs etc which cater for the tourists.
Day 02: Fullday Kathmandu Sightseeing
Kathmandu Valley full day sightseeing with a professional tour guide, Boudha Nath, Pasupati Nath, Kathmandu Durbar squire, and monkey temple. Then back to hotel overnight at selected.
Day 03: Drive to Dhading Besthen to Dharkha Besi
Early morning drive by local bus to Dhading Bensi then jeep to Dharkha bensi (1340m) 8 hours and overnight at homestay.
Day 04: Trek to Disang khola
Trek to Disang khola ( 1450m) through Tamang and brament village, waterfall and rise territory 4/5 hour overnight at homestay.
Day 05: Trek to Chalish village
Trek to Chalish village ( 1674m. Via Borang Village, Gopre gaun, to Gurung village Chalish 4/5 hour overnight at homestay.
Day 06: Rest day in Chalish village
Rest day in Chalish village in the afternoon visit to their Hot spring and back to Chalish overnight at homestay.
Day 07: Trek to Laptung through Aada khola, Tipling village to Laptung
Trek to Laptung 2400 m) through Aada khola, Tipling village to Laptung. In evening prepare for Pangsang pass for Next days, 3 /4 hours walk over night at home stay.
Day 08: Trek to Pangsang pass Via Valley of Ruby
Trek to Pangsang pass 3850 m. Via Valley of Ruby, from Pangsang you could see enumerable mountain peak Langtang / Ganjala / lang sisha / Ganesh Himal / paldor peak / lasang karbu Manasulu / and all Annapurna range, ( 3270m. 7 / 8 hours walk over night at somdhang 3320 mt tea house lodge.
Day 09: Rest day same place and hike around lari mine
Rest day same place and hike around lari mine, a valley of ruby and exploring the area.
Day 10: Trek to Gatlang
Trek to Gatlang ( 2238m. via khurpu danda pass ( 3800 m) 5 /6 hours walk overnight at lodge.
Day 11: Trek to syabru bensi via Boun danda
Trek to syabru bensi ( 1503m) via Boun danda with the view of beautiful snowcapped Mountain Langtang lirung, Tibet Himal range, Gosaikunda Valley, 5 /6 hours walk overnight at lodge.
Day 12: Drive back to Kahtmandu
Drive back to Kahtmandu by local bus 7/8 hours.
