These Trip booking Terms and Conditions explain our booking process, payment policy, cancellation rules, and other important information. Please read this page carefully before confirming your trip.
By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Booking Confirmation
Booking your Nepal adventure is simple and secure.
The preferred method for confirming your reservation is through email. However, you may also contact our travel planners by telephone or through our official social media channels.
Booking requests are accepted through:

If you confirm your trip by phone or social media, we may ask you to send a confirmation email for documentation purposes.
Trip Payment
To confirm your booking, we require an advance payment. The remaining balance can be paid after your arrival in Nepal.
Advance Deposit
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Your advance payment allows us to arrange:
- Trekking permits
- Hotel reservations
- Domestic flight bookings
- Guide and porter assignments
- Required travel documentation
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your trip for personal reasons.
Final Payment
The remaining 90% of the trip cost must be paid before your trek or tour begins after you arrive in Nepal.
Once full payment has been received, we will provide all services included in your itinerary.
Payment Methods
For your convenience, we accept several payment options.
You may pay your advance deposit through:

- International remittance
The remaining balance can be paid in Nepal using:
- Cash
- Debit card
- Credit card
Last-Minute Bookings
We also accept last-minute bookings.
If you book your trip shortly before the departure date, full payment must be completed at least 24 hours before your trip begins.
Our team is ready to organize your Nepal adventure whenever possible.
Private and Group Trips Booking Terms
We offer both private trips and group departures.
Private trips are ideal if you prefer a flexible itinerary, personalized service, and your own guide. Group departures allow you to share the experience with fellow travelers while reducing overall costs.
Whether you are traveling alone, with family, or as part of a group, we will organize your journey with care and professionalism.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your trip, the following conditions apply.
The company is not responsible for refunds if your trip is shortened because of:
- Personal injury
- Illness
- Loss of interest
- Political unrest
- Government restrictions
- Strikes
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Other circumstances beyond our control
If permits, transportation, hotels, or other arrangements have already been confirmed, a cancellation fee may apply.
For cancellations made less than 10 days before the trip starts, the full trip cost is non-refundable.
Refund Policy
The following refund schedule applies to cancellations after full payment has been made.

Photography and Publicity
During your trip, our guides may take photographs or videos for promotional purposes.

- Brochures
- Travel magazines
- Other promotional materials
If you do not wish your photographs to be used, simply inform us before or during your trip. We will fully respect your request.
